Delivery Method

Can I pick my order up in-store?

If you live in the Lincoln, Nebraska area, you’re welcome to pick up your order. Just be sure to select the 'pick up in-store' delivery option when checking out. You'll receive a text with details on where to pick your order up when it is ready!

Do you ship?

Yes! I can ship within the U.S. Shipping is an additional charge and is calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

My current processing time 7-10 business days (M-F). This timeline does not include shipping time, weekends, or holidays. Please note: Husker doormats may have a few additional days added to the standard business turnaround time. 

The actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area.

Are your products sustainable?

Yes. I pride myself on using only the highest quality materials for my doormats. Each doormat is protected with a UV/weather sealant. A care instruction card is included with your order.

Do you accept custom orders/requests?

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final and nonrefundable.
